Your week of recipes, totaled in seconds

The Weekly Macro Dashboard aggregates nutrition macros across all the recipes in your plan and rolls them up into daily totals, meal-slot totals (breakfast/lunch/dinner/snack), and a single weekly total. It’s built for meal planners and fitness-focused home cooks who want to check—without spreadsheet math—whether their planned intake matches macro targets.

How macros get aggregated by day and meal

For each recipe, the dashboard multiplies your per-serving macros (calories, protein, carbs, fat) by the number of servings you plan for the week to get a recipe-level weekly total. It then sums those recipe totals into meal slots and into each day based on your assignments. Finally, it compares your weekly totals against your goal targets and calculates variance and adherence.

What can make your totals slightly different in real life

This calculator assumes every serving of each recipe matches the macro values you enter, and it ignores brand swaps, cooking-method differences, and rounding. It also doesn’t model leftover use, food waste, or portion drift—so real-world results can differ if you eat more/less than planned. Use it for planning and trade-off decisions (swap recipes, shift meals, balance macros), then fine-tune with your actual intake if needed.

Avoid misleading results with common input issues

Make sure each recipe is assigned exactly once to a meal slot, and if you enable the daily breakdown, each recipe must be assigned to a day/time bucket with nothing left unassigned. Don’t enter negative macro values or negative goal targets—those will break comparisons. If your weekly goal targets are set to zero for any macro, adherence can’t be meaningfully computed for that nutrient.
